Rockstar reveals GTA 6 cover art — and quietly teases the Vice City map

Rockstar revealed the official GTA 6 cover art on June 18, 2026 — and slipped in something arguably bigger for map obsessives: a quiet, roughly 8-second aerial flyover of Vice City on rockstargames.com.

The in-engine clip sweeps over several districts, downtown skyscrapers, apartment blocks, a harbor, a ferris wheel, and a construction crane — the most official look yet at the city’s layout. To be clear: it’s flyover footage, not a map image — and certainly not a full Leonida state map. Rockstar still hasn’t published one of those.

The cover art and map tease landed exactly one week before pre-orders opened — classic Rockstar drip-feed as the marketing machine spins up.
