Brian Heder

Rockstar’s official description of Brian Heder: “Looks like a Leonida beach bum — moves like a great white shark. Brian’s a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys.”

Decades on, Brian is still moving product through his boat yard — Brian’s Boat Works & Marina — now alongside his third wife, Lori. He lets Jason live rent-free in one of his properties, as long as Jason keeps handling the shakedowns, odd jobs, and social obligations that come with the arrangement.

Brian was introduced with Trailer 2 and the official character profiles in May 2025.
